Well, last saturday i spent my afternoon back in the jungle once again… M i Crazy??? Neh.. don think so la.. i believe its the passion for the great outdoor… haha.. The call of nature or perhaps the call of justin brought be back to the Bukit Timah Nature reserve… But its another fruitful trip cos we managed to trek on some new route which we never did before..
Our journey begins from the bus stop just behind beauty world shopping centre.. we bashed through the bushes behind the bus stop n hit the KTM Railway system.. we turned left to the direction of our objective..
(i’ll be Planning a railway trek one of these days..) took a few shots tat turned out quite well too.. we exited the track n head up to the summit… We proceed to the jungle fall path and then to Dairy Farm Pass.. that Dairy farm Pass was really a killer.. But it has got a nice view and scenery… so didnt regreted on taking the path..
We hit out to the mountain bike trail and we headed out to Dairy Farm Road. Our Recee trip ended at the Railmall as we were tired, hungry n justin wanted to buy ToTo.. haha.. next week’s recee will be to the bukit gombak nature reserve the location of where the Japanese war memorail once stands.
Last Sunday was mother’s day… but i went rock climbing with ryan, limin, jeremy n some of ryan’s dive mates instead, bad boy huh??. My main objective there is not really to climb.. but to assist the beginers in the belaying.. Safety is always my main concern in the outdoor world.. I don want some mum’s mother’s day to be a day they will really remember for life.. by having their sons or daughters cold body laying in their arms.. haha.. sounds really bad ya.. but things went on fine tat day n we ended the climb by 1800hrs. i went home after tat to have dinner with my mum and family heehee… had curry fish head mann..
